Read a sample membership

Separate the gym’s sample price and billing dates from software pricing.

An owner supplied local fictional demo. Stripe and real notices are not connected.

The displayed gym price and dates are sample data. No billing provider is connected.
  1. Choose Membership in the left navigation.

    The fictional plan page opens.

  2. Read the sample price, paid period and next renewal date.

These are gym membership examples, not a seafonic price or a real charge.

  3. Read the cancellation explanation before using the sample dialog.

The intended policy stops the next renewal and keeps paid period access. The demo cannot change a real subscription.

You understand the sample plan without assuming any money or subscription changed.

If something goes wrong

A booking disappears after reload. The local prototype resets its fictional booking records.

Billing confirmation is unavailable. A real provider quote and payment integration are not connected. Do not infer a charge.

Fitness permissions explained

These are the role presets demonstrated with fictional records. Each role applies to one gym. The demo selector is a presentation control and grants no real access.

RoleWhat the demo allowsData and ownership limits
MemberView permitted classes, book eligible places, manage your own bookings and membership, and review cancellation.Only your own agreed rate and membership. No other attendee identities, member bookings or private rates. Booking requires the permitted audience, capacity and paid coverage at class time. Cancellation follows the applicable booking or paid period policy.
TrainerCreate single or weekly classes assigned to yourself, edit your own occurrences, inspect assigned class attendees and choose your own calendar color.Own assigned classes and gym only. No private rate agreements, staff role administration or gym financial settings. Class edits preserve existing bookings, duration, capacity and policy.
ManagerSee all trainers and class attendees in your gym and handle operational class creation and occurrence editing. One gym only. No owner pricing, private rates, staff role changes or owner financial settings. Membership support notices require designation as an active support recipient.
Gym ownerManage your gym staff roles and settings, operational classes, trainer colors and fictional private member rate agreements.Own gym only. Existing agreed rates are preserved when the new member offer changes. Stripe setup is only a preview. Financial reports and refunds are not implemented.
  • No role may access another gym’s records. General seafonic account access is separate from gym membership and gym specific roles.
  • The seafonic super administrator policy is separate from being a gym owner or manager. It does not establish a live tenant data permission by itself.
  • All names, rates, bookings and notices in this demo are fictional. The local adapter is tested separately but is not wired to the preview, shared identity or a database.
  • Real authorization, persistent records, Stripe, actual notifications and analytics tracking are not connected. This guide grants no access and records no live activity.

Security and privacy

The sample rate and paid dates are fictional. Stripe is not connected, so the demo creates no charge, renewal, cancellation or refund. A gym membership is separate from a seafonic software purchase.

A member’s agreed rate is private to the permitted member and gym owner roles in the intended model. The demo role selector proves no real data boundary. Real payment lifecycle and server enforcement must be verified before relying on membership status.

How to use it

Read the availability label first. Actual app use requires approved access when released. Local demonstrations use fictional records.

  1. Read the public demo boundary. All gym, member, trainer and price records shown are fictional.
  2. In the owner supplied local review, use Calendar to compare month and week views and inspect a sample class.
  3. Review a sample booking, available places and eligibility. Booked labels describe temporary demo records.
  4. Open Membership to inspect the sample paid period and next renewal. Review cancellation without treating it as a real subscription action.
  5. Use the demonstration role selector only to understand member, trainer, manager and owner views. It is not an authenticated role change.

What to expect

A clear view of the intended gym experience with temporary sample data. No real booking, payment or cancellation occurs.

Temporary in browser demo changes only. No real email, payment, refund or calendar event is sent.

Things to know

  • Shared accounts, database records, real server permission checks, Stripe, calendar connections and email are not wired to the preview.
  • Unlimited group classes still depend on capacity and membership coverage. Private coaching and class packs are separate product concepts.
  • Cancellation at the paid period end is an intended policy modeled locally. Real billing events and notices are not connected.
  • Private member rates and trainer colors are demonstrated with fictional records. A demo selector proves no real privacy boundary.
  • The sample gym price shown in screenshots is not seafonic software pricing.
