Fitness permissions explained These are the role presets demonstrated with fictional records. Each role applies to one gym. The demo selector is a presentation control and grants no real access. Member: View permitted classes, book eligible places, manage your own bookings and membership, and review cancellation. Limits: Only your own agreed rate and membership. No other attendee identities, member bookings or private rates. Booking requires the permitted audience, capacity and paid coverage at class time. Cancellation follows the applicable booking or paid period policy. Trainer: Create single or weekly classes assigned to yourself, edit your own occurrences, inspect assigned class attendees and choose your own calendar color. Limits: Own assigned classes and gym only. No private rate agreements, staff role administration or gym financial settings. Class edits preserve existing bookings, duration, capacity and policy. Manager: See all trainers and class attendees in your gym and handle operational class creation and occurrence editing. Limits: One gym only. No owner pricing, private rates, staff role changes or owner financial settings. Membership support notices require designation as an active support recipient. Gym owner: Manage your gym staff roles and settings, operational classes, trainer colors and fictional private member rate agreements. Limits: Own gym only. Existing agreed rates are preserved when the new member offer changes. Stripe setup is only a preview. Financial reports and refunds are not implemented. No role may access another gym’s records.
